Frequently Asked Questions

All items are dispatched via an appropriate courier dependant of size and weight. Deliveries will be made or attempted following the couriers standard code of practice. Full shipping information and prices can be found on our shipping page.

UK law states that you have 14 days from delivery of your item to return your order for an exchange or a refund. However, this does not apply to custom made bespoke pieces. For further info please check our returns page or feel free to contact us for any more information.

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been shipped. This will contain any tracking information available dependant on shipping method. Please note that larger item going overseas may take longer – but we would always keep you updated along the way.

Customs or import duties and fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country/consignee. Sadly, we have no control over this, and are unable to tell you what these costs would be. Customs, import duties and fees vary dependant on the country. You would need to contact your local customs office for charges that would be due before purchasing. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges, duties or fees, we would have to reserve the right to refund the transaction minus any costs that are incurred.

We track and insure every item sent. So, in the unlikely event of loss we would offer a full refund or replacement. Damaged or Faulty goods: in the very unlikely event of an item arriving in a damaged state it is vital to contact us immediately. Please ensure that the damaged item and any packaging is photographed and kept. We will deal with the necessary issue straightaway and offer a full refund or replacement

Our shop is open Weds to Sat 10-3 for customers to come and see our items in person. For trade customers we do offer a 'try in situ' service dependant on location. This will always be arranged directly between us. Please contact us for further details.
