Cleat Furniture was founded by Rory Gilmore in 2022, with a focus on creating pieces where form meets function. I design and make homeware that is both beautiful and useful - objects that invite interaction, bring warmth to everyday life, and stand the test of time. Based in the Lake District, I work primarily with locally sourced, sustainable hardwoods, celebrating the character and integrity of natural materials. My philosophy is simple: buy nice, not twice.
