At the heart of the piece is a beautifully constructed upper box, detailed with exposed hand-cut dovetail joints, a hallmark of traditional craftsmanship. Inside, four spacious drawers constructed from quarter-sawn English oak, chosen for strength, stability, and stunning grain. A subtle shadow rebate separates the upper section from the legs, creating a sense of lightness, while a gentle flowing curve carved into the legs continues along the fascia, softening the table’s strong geometric presence.
